By using Tools360Pro (tools360pro.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
The service
Tools360Pro provides free online tools for working with PDFs, images, text, conversions, calculations and code. All tools run in your browser, are provided free of charge, and may be changed, improved or removed at any time without notice.
Your files and content
- Your files are processed locally in your browser and are never uploaded to us, so you keep full ownership of and responsibility for everything you open, create or download with the tools.
- You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use the files and content you process, and for keeping your own backup copies. Because processing happens on your device, we cannot recover any file for you.
- Do not use the tools for anything unlawful, or to infringe anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting.
- Do not present the tools or their output as your own product, and do not copy the site in a way that misleads people.
- Do not use automated means to abuse the site or the advertising shown on it.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that a tool will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always check important results before relying on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tools360Pro and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or the tools — including any loss of files or data, which are processed only on your own device.
Intellectual property
The Tools360Pro name, logo, design and site content belong to Tools360Pro. The files and results you create with the tools belong to you.
