Frequently asked questions
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Splitting runs entirely in your browser with JavaScript. Your document never leaves your device.
How do I extract non-consecutive pages?
Use the “Pick pages” mode and type a list like 1, 3, 5-7. The pages are combined into one PDF, in the order the pages appear in the original document.
Will the extracted pages lose quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are — text, images and layout are preserved.
Why can't the tool open my file?
The PDF may be corrupted or password-protected. Encrypted files must be unlocked first in a PDF editor; this tool cannot open them.
